Welcome. I am Katy and I run Rushcliffe-Counselling, a confidential counselling and hypnotherapy service for children and adults based in Edwalton, in the heart of Rushcliffe, within easy reach of West Bridgford, Ruddington, Keyworth and Nottingham city centre. There are good public transport and road links with easily accessible on street parking outside the practice.

I offer the opportunity to talk about everything that is important to you by listening and supporting your journey. I will be understanding and empathetic of your views and background and together we shall explore ways through any difficulties you are experiencing, working to build your confidence in who you truly are.

I am a qualified Pluralistic counsellor practising CBT, person centred and psychodynamic approaches, and also a qualified hypnotherapist working with adults who would like to try a different approach. I work with a variety of issues including anxiety, low self esteem and confidence, social and identity issues, phobias, school and workplace worries, bereavement and loss.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and a registrant member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and verified by Psychology Today
